Canada’s leading educational musical series, EAC’s ‘Once Upon a Tune’ musicals, have become a staple educational field trip for Ontario and Quebec elementary schools. About 50,000 students and teachers will see this exciting, interactive, curriculum-integrated show. Book early so your students don’t miss out — many performances sell out far in advance.

GoldiRocks

ON TOUR FEB-JUNE 2020
JK-3 • Approx 55 mins

Our 2012 presentation of GoldiRocks

Goldi loves to play her electric guitar -all the time…. When her mom takes it away, Goldi runs off into the forest where she meets the three bears. Along the journey, Goldi learns there is more to life than her guitar, like family and friends.

It’s a wacky musical twist on the traditional “Goldilocks and the Three Bears” fairly tale. With fun sing-along songs, humor for all ages, fanciful costumes and sets, and a cast of 12, BeanStock will be one of the best theatre experiences your school will have.

  • Professional full-scale musical with 12 performers
  • High-energy, sing-along fun for JK to Grade 3
  • FREE Teachers Resource Guide and audio resource
  • Wonderful introduction to live theatre
  • Great addition to your fairy tale, literacy, music and drama curriculums

Some quotes from our latest Once Upon a Tune tour:

The performances are fantastic! The actors and actresses are so talented, great songs, great sets and plots to the performances. There are tons of curricular connections and ways to bring the play back to the classroom.  This is my second year attending an Education Arts presentation and I’ve be so thrilled with both experiences, thank you so much!
Charles Bowman Public  School

An excellent experience for students to attend a live performance which captivated their attention throughout the entire performance.
Sweet’s Corner Elementary School

The show was extremely engaging and all of the students, teachers and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the right amount of audience interaction and fun for all ages!                           Divine Infant Elementary School

We have attended as a large primary division (K-3) the last three performances and have loved every one of them. The performances are highly engaging and include lots of opportunities to move around and engage with the performers by joining in with singing and dancing. The performances have taken classic tales that students love and add dashes of current culture (e.g., the dab, flossing, current pop stars).
